Aloha Beauty Lounge ("Aloha," "we," "us," or "our") is a beauty salon located at 10509 S River Heights Dr #104, South Jordan, UT 84095. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and salon, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We only collect the information you choose to give us. Depending on how you interact with us, that may include:

• Your name, email address, and phone number, when you reserve a grand-opening spot, sign up for our newsletter or first-visit offer, ask about hosting a party, or apply for a job.
• Details you add to a message, such as the service you are interested in, a preferred date or time, event details, or your experience when applying for a role.
• Appointment information: when you book with us, appointment details are handled through our third-party online booking platform, which is embedded on our Book page and governed by that provider's own privacy policy.

We do not ask for or store payment card numbers on this website, and we do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what you volunteer in a message.

We use the information you provide to:

• Send you the promo or offer code you signed up for, along with the details needed to redeem it.
• Respond to your questions, party inquiries, and job applications.
• Contact you about an appointment, including confirmations and reminders.
• Send marketing emails (promotions, events, and salon updates) only if you gave consent by signing up. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see "Your email choices").

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

We do not send marketing text messages at this time. If you provide a phone number, we use it only to reach you about your inquiry or appointment, for example to confirm a booking or to call you back about a question you asked us. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

We use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and sends usage information to Google, who processes it on our behalf. It tells us things like which pages are visited, how people found us, and whether they are on a phone or a computer. We use it to improve the site. We do not use it to build an advertising profile of you.

We do not run ad networks or advertising pixels on this website, and we do not sell your personal information.

We also keep our own simple, anonymous statistics measured by our site alone, without cookies, which are never linked to your name, email, or anything else you give us.

If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal, we turn off both Google Analytics and our own statistics for your visit. You can also block analytics cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's official opt-out add-on, and the site will work exactly the same.

To make the site work, we use your browser's local and session storage for a few practical things:

• Remembering that you already signed up, so we do not ask you for the same details again.
• Remembering that you dismissed a promotional pop-up, so it does not keep reappearing.
• A temporary, random visit ID that groups your page views within a single visit for the anonymous statistics above; it is not tied to your identity and clears when you close the tab.
• A random visitor ID kept in your browser's local storage so we can count unique visitors accurately. It is not tied to your identity, never leaves your browser except as an anonymous number, and you can clear it at any time by clearing site data.
• Keeping salon staff securely signed in to the private admin area.
• A temporary preview key used for internal site previews.

Our website host and content-delivery network may set essential cookies required to serve the site securely, and we load web fonts from a third-party font provider so the site displays correctly.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe we honor it immediately and add your address to our suppression list, so you stop receiving marketing messages. You can also manage your preferences at /unsubscribe.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential messages about an appointment or an inquiry you contacted us about.

We share your information only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only so they can perform services for us:

• Supabase: secure database hosting, where your submissions are stored.
• Lovable: website hosting and delivery of our emails.
• Our online booking platform: the third-party scheduling provider used to manage appointments.

These providers may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We never sell your personal information.

We keep your information only for as long as it is relevant to the purpose you gave it to us: to honor a promo code, respond to an inquiry, or maintain our subscriber list until you unsubscribe.

Our database is protected with row-level security, and access is limited to authorized salon staff. While no system can be guaranteed completely secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, reach us at /contact or ask us in person at the salon, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, including the Utah Consumer Privacy Act. We honor these rights and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown below, and significant changes will be reflected here on this page.
