While we always recommend booking an appointment to guarantee your preferred time and technician, we do our best to accommodate walk-ins based on availability. For the best experience, please book ahead through our online booking system or give us a call.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that life happens—just let us know as soon as possible!
We allow a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify your service or reschedule to respect the time of other clients and technicians.
Yes! If you experience any issues with your nails, lashes, or other services within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact us. We'll do our best to schedule a complimentary repair or adjustment.
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes. Remove all mascara, eyeliner, and eye makeup before your appointment. Avoid curling your lashes. If you wear contacts, please bring your glasses as contacts should be removed during the service.
We recommend fills every 2-3 weeks to maintain a full, beautiful look. Waiting longer than 3 weeks may require a new full set rather than a fill.
We accept cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Zelle. Gift cards are also accepted.
Yes! Our gift cards make the perfect gift for any occasion. They're available for purchase in-salon or by contacting us directly. Gift cards can be used toward any service.
Absolutely. Cleanliness and hygiene are our top priorities. We follow strict sanitization protocols, use hospital-grade disinfectants, and all metal tools are sterilized in an autoclave between each client. Disposable items are single-use only.
Promotions cannot be combined unless specifically stated. Please mention your promo at the time of booking or check-in so we can apply it properly.
