The Two Numbers That Decide Your Year

Fills Per Year, And Why You Do Not Really Choose
A year is 52 weeks. Divide by three and you get about 17 fills. Divide by two and you get 26. Those nine extra appointments are the biggest single variable in your annual total, and the honest thing to say about them is that the schedule is largely decided for you. Your natural lashes grow, rest and shed on their own clock, and every extension leaves when the lash it is bonded to leaves. One person looks sparse at two and a half weeks. You will know your own number after two or three fills. Until then, price both schedules and assume the more frequent one.
Classic Lashes, The Full Arithmetic
At a three week cadence: 17 fills at $59 is $1,003. Add the $99 full set and year one is $1,102, which averages about $92 a month.
At a two week cadence: 26 fills at $59 is $1,534. Add the full set and year one is $1,633, or roughly $136 a month.
That is a $531 gap for the same style of lash on the same face, produced entirely by how often you rebook.
Hybrid, Volume And Mega Volume
Same method, three week cadence, 17 fills a year:
- Hybrid: $119 plus 17 x $69 ($1,173) = $1,292, about $108 a month.
- Volume: $139 plus $1,173 = $1,312, about $109 a month.
- Mega Volume: $199 plus 17 x $109 ($1,853) = $2,052, about $171 a month.
Hybrid and Volume finish $20 apart across an entire year, because they share a $69 fill price and differ only at the full set. If you have been leaning toward Hybrid to save money, that saving is $20, once. Mega Volume is where the curve actually bends. It runs about $740 a year above Volume, and on a two week schedule it reaches $3,033, which is roughly $253 a month.
The full set is the smallest line in your year. The fills are the bill.
What A Four Week Fill Does To The Math
Start here: four weeks is past the window. Fills are due within two to three weeks, so a four week appointment is a late one. It is not a cadence you pick off the menu, and the numbers below are what a habit of running late does to your year, worked through so you can see it.
Classic at four weeks works out to 13 fills at $79, which is $1,027, plus the $99 full set for $1,126. Against $1,102 at three weeks, running late costs you $24 more over the year, and you carry a thinner set through the back end of every cycle.
Mega Volume runs the other direction. Thirteen fills at $129 is $1,677, plus $199, so $1,876 against $2,052 at three weeks. The gap is $176. That money comes out of booking outside the recommended window, so what it really buys is a cheaper year in exchange for how the set looks by week four. The studio does not advise it.
Hybrid and Volume land almost exactly even, $16 apart across twelve months. The reason is arithmetic. A flat $20 addition takes a far bigger bite out of a $59 fill than out of a $109 one, so a late fill is close to a wash in the middle of the menu and only moves real money at the top of it.
Year Two Costs Less Than Year One
The full set is a one time charge for as long as you stay on schedule, so every following year drops by that amount. On a three week cadence, year two is $1,003 for Classic, $1,173 for Hybrid, $1,173 for Volume and $1,853 for Mega Volume.
That only holds if the set stays alive. Let it go long enough that most of the extensions have cycled out and your next appointment becomes a full set rather than a fill, which puts the front end charge straight back on your bill.
The Line Items People Leave Out
Removal is $25. Budget for it if you expect to take a break at some point, because removal is what quietly makes stop and start lash wearing expensive. Every restart is another $25 plus another full set.
A lash tint is $20 and a lash lift is $55. Worth knowing if you are pricing extensions against the alternatives.
If The Yearly Number Is More Than You Want To Spend
You have two real levers. The first is tier. Moving from Mega Volume to Volume at a three week cadence takes about $740 a year off your total, and moving from Volume to Classic takes off another $210.
The second is leaving extensions alone entirely. A lash lift with a tint is $75 together. A lift curls the lashes you already have and a tint darkens them, so nothing is attached to your lash line and nothing needs filling later. Price Your Own Year In Thirty Seconds
Take 52, divide by the number of weeks you realistically go between appointments, multiply by the fill price for your tier, then add the full set once. That is the whole formula. Someone on Hybrid every two and a half weeks: 52 divided by 2.5 is about 21 fills, 21 x $69 is $1,449, plus the $119 full set for $1,568.
